Baymont Inn And Suites Elizabethtown

My bathroom had not been cleaned. Dirty washcloth in shower and hair all over the floor. The room other wise was OK. A little disappointed.

We enjoyed out stay, everyone was very helpful and all our questions were answered and they were very courteous. The maid service was the only disappointment due to they did not come the first day at all, and we did not even have a do not disturb sign for the door so that was not an excuse. We had to request maid service the next day so that we could get clean towels. Then on the final day, we were able to finally sleep in and at 9:00 am they were waking us up by knocking and coming on in!!! Otherwise it was great!! The rooms smelled of smoke, the pillows were too small and the desk would not send any others, the T.V. didn't work properly.
